LIGHT ALCOHOLIC APPLE DRINK
Ingredients:
1 litre of BIOLOGICAL SQUEEZED APPLE JUICE OF VAL DI NON
1 litre of Prosecco wine
1 glass of vodka lemon
Rinds of 1 lemon or 1 orange
How to prepare:
Mix the Apple Juice with Prosecco and the vodka, serve iced with some orange
or lemon rinds.
Suggestions:
Very good both before and after dinner -
SALAD SEASONING
Ingredients:
Biological Apple vinegar
Extra virgin Olive Oil
Salt, pepper
How to prepare:
Mix all ingredients and use for salads seasoning and steamed vegetables. -
HOMEMADE MAYONESE
Ingredients:
2 egg yolks at room temperature
Extra virgin Olive Oil
1 pinch of salt
1 spoon of Biological apple vinegar
How to prepare:
Blink the egg yolks adding very slowly the olive oil till the correct firmness of the
emulsion is reached. At the end add the pinch of salt and the vinegar and stir
delicately
Suggestions:
Very good with steamed fish, shrimps and prawns.
